There are better choices out there for the money. The case is soft, not hard. Shipping was very fast. It leaves a thin, flimsy strip of silicone across the bottom.
It is not. However, this appears to be a unique color. The silicone is smooth to the touch. It is very easy to install and grips the iPod touch 2G nicely. What I really like about this case is that it leaves your iPod thin as it was designed to be. There is no precision to the cut, it is simply an opening at the bottom that scales the width of the device minus the corners.
I believe I even saw the same product in a larger quantity for near the price. I expected to see more silicone here. No big deal. I paid $7.99 + $2.97 shipping for the product. A lot of cases are very bulky. There are no other holes so I don't think this will work for the iPhone.The product functions okay, gets the job done and is easy to install. The picture makes this case appear more of a metallic blue color.
The wifi antenna hole fits well but you can see a bit of chrome showing through. It will save your iPod touch from most scratches but I don't think it will do a good job of keeping dirt out from behind the case as it doesn't seal very tightly.The description says, "Each opening for the dock connector, charger, side buttons, speaker, microphone and camera was precisely cut to allow full access to every function I-TOUCH 2 offers". However, I really do like the color of the case. The case also seems to attract lint/dust particles, but it's very easy to clean.
